Our Family Design features one large oval image in the center with a smaller oval image in each of the four corners.  A text space is above the large center oval image and between the two small top oval images for the family name.  

The text on the bottom will be in a Monotype Corsiva font and reads:

Follow these instructions to create the Family Template Design

If you haven't already done so:

1. Enter the Item # of the product you want to put this design on
2. Select Add to Cart

Return to the Family Template Design Page and follow these instructions

* Design Item #

Enter the item number of the product you are purchasing for this design
Use "copy and paste" to be sure you enter the correct number

*Image Shape

Select the shape you would like for your images from the image shape drop down box

* File Upload #1

Upload your first image - This image will be placed in the large center oval

* File Upload #2

Upload your second image - This image will be placed in the small oval in the upper left hand corner

 * File Upload #3

Upload your third image - This image will be placed in the small oval in the upper right hand corner

* File Upload #4

Upload your fouth image - This image will be placed in the small oval in the lower hand left corner

* File Upload #5

Upload your fifthe image - This image will be placed in the small oval in the lower right hand corner

* Family Name

Enter the last name of the family or enter a title for your design

*Special Instructions

If you have any special instructions for us, enter them in the special instructions box

* Quantity

Select how many of this exact design you want to purchase

* Add to Cart
